Manage your subscription plan, additional funds, and team.
To open balance settings, go to the Actions tab and click on Balance.
How to set up a paid subscription?
Click on the wanted subscription plan on Balance Settings, and proceed with the following steps on the Stripe page.
Your plan will be updated a few minutes after completing the Stripe payment.
How to make an organization subscription?
Click on the subscription plans dropdown, and choose “Organization Subscription.” Then choose the plan you want, and proceed with payment.
An organization plan allows you to share the balance between all organization members.
How to add or remove organization members?
Click on the Manage button below the balance number.
It will open dialogue, where you can invite new members via email or remove old ones.
How to add more balance without upgrading the subscription?
If you need additional balance for a short period but don't want to upgrade your subscription, you can use Extra Funds. It's a one-time payment to pop-up the balance.
Extra Funds roll over each month but are only spent after the subscription balance.
What does “Spreadsheet Settings” mean?
The members of the organization and the subscription plan are the same for all spreadsheets.
However, you can choose to share your balance with another spreadsheet editor for each spreadsheet separately.
Configure this setting as per your preference and click on the Apply button.
If this feature is enabled, other users can use Smart Formulas in the spreadsheet, even without a subscription. Additionally, users of Web Page Chat linked to this spreadsheet can access your balance.
How to unsubscribe?
To cancel your subscription, click "Manage" above your selected plan and cancel your subscription on the Stripe page.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the payment period.
