Allows you to personalize ChatGPT responses by configuring a unique database that includes links, documents, and sheet ranges

It's invaluable for data analysis tasks, as the AI can refer to specific datasets or documents to generate more context-aware insights.

How to add Knowledge Base
To add a Knowledge Base, navigate to the ChatGPT tab, click the 3-dots menu, and then select Set Knowledge. This action will create a new sheet named _Data.

Set up _Data
To set up the _Data sheet, populate it with range names, texts, links, or files (you can add files using the 'File' button in the 'Actions' tab).

Once set up is complete, go to the Actions → Update → select 'Whole Knowl. Base.'
Updating the Knowledge Base
To manually actualize Knowledge Base data, go to Actions → Update, and choose a needed option.

You can update the whole Knowledge Base or only some parts to speed up the process and save balance.
Knowledge Base in Chats

The Knowledge Base is accessible in the following chat modes:

Data Analyst: Utilizes information from the Knowledge Base to provide in-depth analysis and answers.
Custom Chat: The Knowledge Base can be accessed if the answer_with_sources and knowledge_base parameters are activated in the Custom Chat Settings.

Sending messages in those chats automatically updates Ranges and Texts in the Knowledge Base.

Knowledge Base in Smart Functions

Smart Functions can access the Knowledge Base if the 'Use Knowledge Base' parameter is activated.

To enable this feature in a formula, use the option called 'with_kb' and set it to {"with_kb", TRUE}.
